WHALES EYE SHELLS ARE GREAT FOR HERMIT CRABS

Neverita didyma, common name the bladder moon snail or Whales Eye shell, is a species of predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Naticidae, the moon snails.

The adult whale's eye shell of this species ranges in size from 3/4 to 3.5 inches. As with all naticids, this species is carnivorous and predatory.

This marine species can be found in the Yellow Sea and off the coasts of Madagascar, Mozambique, and South Africa in the Indian Ocean.
